- bldgs or property used for inter-collegiate athletic sporting events like tennis courts
- stadiums, gyms and similar facilities in which intercollegiate sports are conducted
- tailgating areas where alcohol may be present
- resident halls owned/leased by institution
- preschool or childcare spaces including any enclosed spaces that are outside of the controlled access point
- permit holder is responsible to know if his class mate is "Move on When Ready" (dual enrollment student). He/she can go to registrar's office to get this information. Cannot carry a gun when a move on when ready student is present in the class.
- cannot carry to faculty offices, staff, or administrative offices, to include office suites
- activity based prohibited area: offices or rooms when disciplinary proceedings are being conducted

Do:
- follow police commands
- expect to be handcuffed
- expect to be interviewed
- expect delay in release
- point your weapon at police
- waive your weapon
- argue with police
- try to keep suspect covered
